WorkCover Tasmania has published an e-newsletter to help address the high incidence of injuries experienced by young workers in their first couple of weeks at a new job or new place of work.  It also has some helpful induction, training and risk management checklists.  Regardless of which state you work in, the information will be useful to all employers, managers and young workers.
