Film and entertainment crews are reminded to secure scaffolds against the risk of blowing over or being inadvertently moved by high winds.

According to The Sun Online (UK), two workers were seriously hurt on the British set of Casino Royale on the 12th June after a scaffold tower they were on blew over in high winds.  More   http://www.thesun.co.uk/article/0,,2-2006240175,00.html
