Hazardous Substance management is covered in State OHS legislation. The following forms can be used as a basis when setting up your hazardous substances management system. Each hazardous substance requires a Marerial Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) and needs to be assessed for its level of risk, (particulalry if complicationg factors such as the presence of other substances or the context of use which could compound the hazard arises,)  and appropriate controls put in place to ensure their safe use. Professional help from an industrial chemist or similar may be necessary where identified risks are difficult to control, and users may require training in their use.
